ABOUT ME
I have over 25 years in the fitness and wellness industry. My specialty is working with lifestyle clients, peri-menopausal and menopausal women. We incorporate all aspects and dimensions of health, fitness and wellness. All programs are customized to the individual and focus on the physical, nutrition, and psychological aspects of fitness and wellness.I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), E-RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, RYT 500 Yoga instructor, Certified NCI Level 1 Nutrition Coach, and Certified Yoga Life Coach.
I have extensive training in functional nutrition to assist clients to balance hormones.I use my experience and knowledge to build customized programs based on the goals and needs of the individual. In addition, I hold a Ph. D. in Education and teach Anatomy and Physiology, Nutrition and Weight Control, Weight Training, and Human Movement and Exercise Physiology.
